I got to illustrate a spread for the Polish Vice promoting the Converse Star Player shoe (Every issue introduces a different shoe shown in the eyes of a different artist). The job was pretty open so I got to have a little fun with it and do things how I want to. The shoe is floating through deep space, as the Star Player himself is enjoying a night out with his possy in his fancy space cruiser. The only person who doesn’t seem to notice the floating shoe, is the sad pilot, thinking about coming back safely to his beloved daughter:(

This is ridiculously awesome!! Definitely one of my favorites from your recent work, this is totally rad. I love the interior of the dope ass star cruiser, the colors really work for this scene. Congrats on working with Vice too, I’m totally jealous that’s a sweet editorial client!
